BTA Engineers, Inc. is a Mechanical, Energy and Plumbing engineering design firm established to provide professional, quality and competitive priced work to architects, contractors, government agencies and building owners.
BTA Engineers, Inc. principals are Bong Manlulu, Tom Le, and Allan Martin. They combine for over forty years of engineering design experience in a wide variety of work in the commercial, educational, industrial, retail, multi-use residential (low and high rise), hospitality, governmental, military, hospital and institutional fields. Enclosed is a partial list of our team’s project experience.
Our Team utilizing highly qualified engineers supported by a Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) system, along with our broad experience in field observation, our client is assured of a project that will be completed promptly and cost-effectively.
BTA Engineers Inc. offers Mechanical licensed engineers and liability insurance. Full CAD and computer engineering programs are utilized in all our projects and we are able to efficiently communicate project information electronically. We are very familiar with national, state and local codes, including State of California Title 24 energy codes. We have an excellent working relationship with area mechanical plan checkers and inspector authorities. We have experience designing projects under the Savings by Design and LEED certification programs.
